What's the best way to check if migration has been performed correctly?? Since there is no such functionality on DOORS client to check if the migration has been done successfully, I am thinking to simply - check one by one on DB explorer - check the data folder and compare their size Can anyone think of any other good way ??

Re: Best way to check if migration has been performed correctly. You could have a script that logs the existence of everything in the Project. Run this before migration, and after, and compare the results. Names of Folder/Modules seems a nobrainer. Count the objects in each module, and attributes\. Count links in each link-set. Get the Raw text of each object and tally up their total size. I don't think tallying up the Rich Text will work. |
